Sugar Ski & Country Club is the only true ski-in/ski-out condominium resort on Sugar Mountain. Our Two Bedroom condo sits just steps from OMA's lift, so first chair is a short walk with your coffee still warm. When the day is done, you ski back to the door.
Two condos, one feeling
- The One Bedroom sleeps 4 and is made for couples or a small family who want a cozy base with a wood-burning fireplace and mountain views.
- The Two Bedroom sleeps 6, with room to spread out, a full kitchen for big breakfasts and a living room built around the fire.
Both are freshly renovated and include a full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, fast wifi, free parking and air conditioning in every room for warmer days.
Resort amenities included
Your stay comes with the shared clubhouse: an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center, plus seasonal tennis and pickleball courts, grills and picnic areas. After a day on the slopes, the hot tub is the best après-ski in the High Country.
More than a winter stay
Sugar Mountain shines all year. Spring brings waterfalls and wildflowers, summer offers cool mountain air while the lowlands bake, and fall paints the Blue Ridge in gold and crimson. Banner Elk dining is about 10 minutes away, and Beech Mountain, Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway are roughly 20 minutes from the door.
A few tips before you go
- Winter roads up Sugar Mountain are steep. A 4WD or AWD vehicle, or snow chains, is strongly recommended.
- Weekends during ski season and peak fall color book early, so plan ahead.
