Yes. Sugar Ski & Country Club is the only true ski-in/ski-out condominium resort on Sugar Mountain. In winter you can walk out the door and reach the slopes on foot — the two bedroom is just steps away from OMA's lift, with no driving or parking hunt.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. There is a two-night minimum stay. Access details are sent to you before arrival, so check-in is self-service — no key pickup or office visit.

What is the cancellation policy?

Four Wheel Drive & Snow Chains

During inclement weather conditions, the Village of Sugar Mountain requires vehicles traveling on the mountain to have either Four Wheel Drive, All Wheel Drive, or Snow Chains. Warnings are posted at the bottom of the mountain. If you attempt to travel the mountain and become stuck, Sugar Mountain PD can ticket you and you will be responsible for towing your vehicle.
